Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. As Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the doctors at Bay Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Ltd. manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth gums and jaw. They practice a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with expertise ranging from Corrective Jaw Surgery to Wisdom Tooth Removal. They also diagnose and treat Facial Pain, Facial Bone Trauma and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of Dental Implant procedures.
 
The doctors at Bay Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Ltd. are certified in anesthesiology and administer IV  deep sedation and IV conscious sedation within the office setting. Patients are monitored during and after surgery.
 
In addition, if admittance to a hospital is necessary, the doctors are on staff at many of the local hospitals.
